Miggy Park Pond

This used to be a regular longer local walk. Stop off at the cafe-van (they must have a proper name but I don't know what) for a sausage and egg sandwich and then up through the factories, across the clearing and sit by the pond while Angel ate the sausages and I ate the rest. But she's on a diet and so there was no food for either of us!
We've not been up for 6 months and missed the frost and the frogs mating. It was lovely to be back today and see that the building of the new cafe and toilets (instead of no cafe and a permanently locked toilet) is well under way.
I met someone else dog walking who was telling me about t'old days - maybe another time.
