Curlew

Due to a problem at home this morning, the stupid coal lorry deciding to actually come in the garden and then get stuck in the middle of the lawn! I never had time to walk Daisy this morning. My Dad said he'd take her out and my sister will walk her with her dogs this afternoon, so she'll have lots of exercise. But me not. So at lunchtime I decided to go on a nice walk around the harbour and marshland here. This Curlew was on the shoreline, he kept getting annoyed with me, and kept flying away, but I was really pleased with this shot when I got back to work. I like the way the sun has caught his wings.
