The writings on the wall

Apologies for the quality or lack thereof today.  This is a shot of a tiled panel above the bed in our room.  It tells us something of the history of Goa since the Lisbonites left, and of the building.  Mid to late 60s I guess.
Inactive day - swimming in the Arabian Sea, eating and drinking, then hour upon hour trying to get our wee laptop to work.
Having lunched on fish vindaloo, now sitting in a bar wading through another beer, awaiting our various biryanis.
Had to "restore" the laptop and have lost umpteen apps.  It wisnae me what dunnit, BTW.
Visited an optician in Callangute last night.  New prescription readers in 25 minutes, @ £30.  New varifocals a wee bit longer . . . . . . £130, including reactions and anti everything.
