Hairy Roots

The Birds Nest Squirrelsfoot fern must like its spot on the hall mantelpiece, going by the mass of hairy roots it's grown.  Either that or it's just desperate for water.

Worked my first Thursday of the year today. Well part of it anyway;  I'd swapped with tomorrow morning, my usual half-day. I'll have to do a wee review after the weekend to see which I prefer. Could be a tough one!
