The plane to Brussels was delayed by about an hour - and of course just when I had a tight schedule at the destination. The de-icing treatment ongoing in the blip was the only aspect of the flight that did not let us down. Even in Brussels, after arriving late, we still had to wait for 10 minutes for the stairs to arrive in order to leave the plane.
