Ms C.

She works (or maybe volunteers -- I didn't quite catch that) at one of the group homes for the elderly. 

We've crossed paths a few times in my various visits and I'm always drawn to her because of the twinkle in her eyes. She sees you approaching and instantly breaks into the widest, more welcoming smile. We need more people like Ms. C.  :)
