Konmari

This is the beginning of my filing cabinet clear out. I've been reading this konmari book and it talks about how we really don't need to keep our bank statements etc - I cleared out tv licenses dating from 1999 ...why have I kept them? Did I know I had them? No.... It's now a big pile of firefighting paper by my stove. I'm hoping I can rid myself of the filing cabinet & consequently the piles of filing I accumulate!

I ran another 6.5miles today - it's not a fluke! I really can run that far - just about in the wind and snow!
