Hills, hills and more hills

With training intensifying so are the achy legs. 5 days of 7 running with one of those sessions being over 20 miles, three being over 8 miles but the worst? The worst is always Thursday evenings. Hill runs. Tonight involved 7 of us sprinting up and down a hill just by Oakhill Bible College for 40mins with a warm up and down either side of it.

Thursday's is also the worst night of the week for sleep as my legs hurt so much.

There must be a point to this marathon schedule but I can't work out what it is yet.
