The North Lodge

This derelict house stands at the main vehicular entrance to the park. It's a shame to see it in such a state of disrepair.
Not sure how long it's been empty, maybe a decade or so now. But it used to be occupied by (I think) one of the Park Rangers.
Don't know why it was never occupied since - the roof tiles were taken off and it's just gone downhill since. Now fenced off as well.
I'm sure it would be a good 'fixer upper' for someone and could bring in some funds for the council or Park Authority.
