SW Hifi bars.

My favourite flavour. Yummy. I had a little play with a new app and colour splashed this :)

Today I also spent the afternoon with Carl, his mum and his niece. We went to the park, got quite cold and came home.

Tonight at SW, I only lost half a lb which I'm a little disappointed with but its better than nothing :)
