Flower Friday - Blue Stars

With a big Dentist appointment this morning, I didn't feel much like going out again so decided to blip a shrub that gives me a lot of pleasure in the garden.

This is 'Dichroa Versicolour Blue Stars' and it is a relative of the hydrangea.

Every stage of this flower looks good. In the extras I have put the first stage before the buds open, then a fully opened head. The final extra is an overall  shot of the shrub.

I love blue flowers.
