PARTY TIME:

I'm exhausted ! With the help of my family, I had a luncheon for 46 friends. I'd like to tell you the sun shone, & the day was perfect.........but I'd be lying. After two days of rain & two inches in the rain gauge, fresh snow fell on the mountains & a cold wind rattled the landscape. After the hottest of summer weather, today has been a real bummer. Happily we carried on bravely. With the piano outside, & fortified with food & wine, (that is the pianist on the far right ) we laughed, sang & pretended the day was quite lovely !
