Spanish Cookery Class

The highlight of the day was going to The Edinburgh New Town Cookery School with S for a boozy press evening with Spanish Chef Omar Allibhoy.

Gordon Ramsay calls him the Antonio Banderas of cooking - and he was very lovely.

There was plenty of wine & we even cooked a dessert with olives (which was amazing). Am hoping that recipe is in the cook book that was in the goody bag, def one to try out on our next dinner guests.
