Carrot Cakes

We've had enough doggy blips lately so here's one of my carrot cakes, or some of them at least. Made 48 in all and that is the topping cream in the bowl before the icing sugar is added. Took this photo earlier today in case I was stuck for a blip!
You nearly got the dogs again though - see extra photo!
