Nice try

I was impressed by Spotify's retention attempts tonight.  I decided to cancel since I've got music included in my Amazon Prime membership, and I'm not using the offline Spotify feature.

Cancelling went something like this...

My Account... Cancel Subscription (I click cancel).

Ok, you now have two options - stay or go, but before you choose, here's the great features you'll lose.  (I click cancel).

Ok, before you go, here's a farewell playlist just for you.  Spotify plays The Jackson Five, I Want You Back.  (I click cancel).
