Mystery man and a pigeon

Another very wet day but it stopped raining briefly, so I made a quick trip down to pick up a newspaper and have a quick walk.  I spotted this guy having a smoke on the dock and thought he had the perfect outfit for a mystery man.  I was sure  he was wearing wellies and was surprised when I uploaded the shot and saw that he wasn't!  I'm posting mystery men on other sites and have different numbers of them so I'm not going to number them on here anymore.  Confusing myself!
Managed to get in a short walk but had to use the umbrella near the end of it.  I could hardly hold onto the umbrella, the wind was so strong!
