First President of the RA......

.....Joshua Reynolds.. I like this statue and thought it best in mono on a gloomy day in London town! Saw the latest exhibition 'Painting the Modern Garden'. Interesting but not the range of work I had expected. Really enjoyed seeing the botanical prints in the old books and Gertrude Jekyll's boots!
