Having a shake

I was expecting to wake up to a layer of snow but there was nothing but wet decking and a grey sky. It was not long before the snow showers started, big flakes that were laying but as soon as it stopped it soon disappeared. The pheasants were busy at the feeders getting covered in snow and this one wandered off for a sleep. Managed to get a photo of her waking up and having a shake.
We needed some eggs so went down to Rosemarkie to the Spar and was pleased to see the sun make an appearance. We had a walk on the beach. A rainbow spread across the water and there were some lovely
wispy clouds. We had a cup of tea and sausage in a roll from the Beach Café and even managed to sit outside until it started to rain. Nice to get some fresh air :)
