The rain in Spain..

... and I can't get the air con/hot air unit to work.  I took a picture of the remote to email to my brother in law who knows how to do everything, I wait his advice with impatience... I want it to be 26 degrees but the room temperature is only 16 and the unit only seems to blow out more cold air..
