Banana milkshake

I realised this morning that I have never blipped a Saturday morning tradition in the hazelh household: the reward of a home-made banana milkshake after the weekend run around the cycle paths of Leith. So here it is in all its glory.

We've had a lovely quiet day at home catching up. There were just two sorties: (1) for the run; (2) to buy a couple of greetings cards and a wee supply of beer for Mr hazelh.

All our weekend excitement is tomorrow. My Canadian cousin Nick is visiting with his son Trevor and we're all going to watch Trevor's brother Grant play ice hockey (again) for Manchester Storm against Edinburgh Capitals.

Exercise today: Leith cycle path run in 52'40" (very poor), walking (4,314 steps).
