Treeday

Spent the morning on the phone to heating engineers who were supportive but stuffed by Worcester Bosch who "couldn't" supply a pump until Monday.

Then spent a while cutting up dead trees for firewood.

Joined E in doing some garden digging over in preparation to planting some of the shrubs we purchased yesterday, but then it rained so went back to the chainsaw and the woodshed.

Friends & guests Rob & Di arrived in the late afternoon and we played Sanssouci in front of a real fire this evening.
