I went for a long, blowy, wet walk from Greenwich up to London Bridge station this afternoon.  I was trying to quicken my pace and walk 'briskly' as the NHS health advisor (or whatever he was called) advised me to do.  My pace got slower and slower and my swingy arms stopped swinging (difficult when holding an umbrella against the wind!), so I stopped off at Surrey Docks Farm for a coffee, before continuing my (not so) brisk waddle to the City. No cake though!

I noticed the colourful, painted shed when I was in the cafe.  It made me think of my glum face staring out of the window earlier, trying to force myself to go out in the blustery weather. Replace the kitty with a big shaggy dog's head though.
