What a busy day. No Saturday lie in today as off to collect son and fiancée from Gillingham this morning. Took the opportunity to drive through Chatham and out to the Outlet Centre to look for some curtains.for guest room. Didn't find any curtains but still managed to spend a fortune on a bird table, bird food, speaker for Mr L and various other bits.

Picked D & K up and drove back. After a quick cuppa we decided to take the RHDR into Hythe. After a wander round the shops, coffee and quick visit to supermarket it was getting dark and the photo is of the diesel train as it arrived. It was the last train of the day and rattled at speed back to New Romney.

Back at home D cooked a lovely cheese tart for dinner and then sat to watch the recorded Ant and Dec! Worth it for the James Cordon bit!
