Steinegger Lodging House

This is the second oldest building in Phoenix. It opened in 1889 as a hotel. This is the back of the building; the facade was modified in the 1930s, but the back is original. I don't know when it closed.

The owner of the property has plans for the building but hasn't revealed what they are.
