A day of Mist and Mizzle

The light rain hasn't stopped so far (Mid afternoon) and the mist hasn't cleared either, yet for all that its 13C and the sun has come out!
What on earth is going on with the weather?
This is near the village of Fimber, East Yorkshire.
I love the rolling curves of this area, formed during and after the last Ice age, by both the Glaciers and the water run off as the Climate changed.
It looks as if the landscape is "Quilted" with these soft rolling hills.
A gentle but pleasing landscape I believe.
