Moonarabola

I tried a time lapse of the moon last night.  It was a bit short because it moves a lot faster than I expected.  I was shooting every 30 seconds - should have chosen 2 second intervals.  By the time i'd shot enough for 1 second of video, it had gone out of frame.

It did make an interesting composite image though.  These exposures are 2 minutes apart and blended in photoshop (using the lighten mode).  The extra photo is of shots 90 seconds apart and looks nore like a string of beads.  Not sure which one I prefer?
