Mist or Shine?

Weather didn't know what to do this afternoon whilst strolling around Plymouth Hoe. One minute the sun was out, the next the mist rolling in. So sun and mist on Plymouth Sound. 
The extras are of some of the street life on the Hoe.  Smeatons Tower (people were up at the top!), and old tram selling Italian coffee, Captain Jaspers Tea Bar (nice cup of builders!) and then the flower bed marked out to welcome you to Plymouth which is outside of the Citadel.Just loads of people out walking, and enjoying the nice weather.
