This quote seems fitting today

Had a lie in this morning and took things easy as my back was pretty painful and I didn't want to push things.

Then went to visit frank! Ended up doing some cleaning for him as he is struggling at the moment. But he enjoyed the company and we had a good natter :)

Then over the Chris's and because he goes away soon and was busy trying to get things sorted I ended up helping with a few jobs too. Busy kinda day for what was meant to be a day off! :)
Now settling down but bed soon I think! I'm tired! :)
