Once all the morning domestic stuff had been dispatched with I found mesen with a bit of free time, and what do I ever do when I find mesen with a spare hour?

Big swim to finish the week. Home to catch the end of the football and the FA Cup  draw...see off Arsenal in the replay, Watford in the quarters, very winnable!
