Family time.

We've had a wonderful Sunday. Our son and his family came for lunch then he had to go off to rehearsals for a production of Les Miserables soon to be seen in Guernsey. Sarah, the children, hubby and I along with Max the dog went to a beach nearby to see the peat which once was a forest which has been uncovered by the large heavy seas of late. It's amazing to think these trees are possibly thousands of years old. The children were fascinated! We all went back home for a cuppa and had tea together. I love days with the family.
