In a sea of green . . .

This little fishing boat has been safely tethered to the fence for the past three years! I don't know if someone is expecting an extremely high tide, or is just being ultra-cautious!

Heavy showers this morning, but only very short lived and I was dry before we got home. Ollie and Lucas had a great time chasing each other around in the recently cut silage fields. The ground is so dry, even after the showers, that hearing the pair of them running round it sounded like the cavalry approaching!

Even though the onions are going to seed and the rain water barrel is empty, I refuse to complain about the lack of rain! There is enough to be going on with, and there will be more in the future. Let's just enjoy it being nice and dry for the time being!

Some days you are casting around for a blip, other days they present themselves wherever you look - or is it the state of mind you are in? Discuss!
I could have taken scads of them today! I even had an emergency cheese blip in reserve!
