Here's looking at you

KG's friend Mac came around this morning to look at removing one of our trees that has died.  Had a nice chat and catch up - tend to see him mostly in the summer.
This morning we had a lot of Goldfinches around the feeders so I thought one of those would be my blip - but no they all disappeared after lunch and the only bird I managed to capture was this robin.  He is not brilliantly sharp as I took him through the conservatory window - didn't want to go outside and frighten the birds away.
A damp start but a pleasant day
