The 'newish' me!
This is me. Well actually this is me 2 stone 1 lb lighter than what I was on 20 November 2015. That was the day I decided I wanted to change my life for the better so I did. So the picture above is me today just home from my training session feeling extremely proud of myself. Still a long way to go yet.....:
Not only did I want to change my body shape and eating habits but I also wanted to change my mind from the negative thoughts I was having to much more positive ones.
Recently I have gone back to a bad habit of mine - and I don't mean food, alcohol or sweets. A habit of which I indulge in but always end up feeling bad and hurt in some way. It's a 'why do I bother' situation which I always end up bothering with!
Think it's been easy to change my lifestyle but I have no idea how to change my feelings or my heart! Still working on that but hey Rome wasn't built in a day!!
