Anti-cuts protest: Norwich County Hall

Norfolk County Council agreed to a budget cut of £42m today.  The thought that crossed my mind seeing this plane in the background was: "The UK government can afford warmongering but can't afford to properly fund essential services".

This is Andy, a film-maker, videographer and disability rights activist.  He and about 150 others gathered outside County Hall (again) to make their  voices heard, both outside and inside at the Council meeting where the budget was confirmed.
