Tigh Mor

This is the Scottish home of the holiday property bond and will be our "home away from home" for the next seven days.
It is in the Trossachs around 7 miles from Callander opposite Loch Achray. It's a lovely location and we are really looking forward to our week away.
Last time we were here a few years ago we had a four hour drive in the pouring rain which was not very pleasant to say the least. This morning we set out in bright sunshine and apart from a few spots of rain along the way it was a lovely easy drive. Well, I would say that - I was sat in the back with mum mum whilst my husband did the driving. We stopped for lunch along the way at a nice pub/restaurant in Bothwell which was really nice.
We are part of a group of 16, who once a year, get together in one of the HPB locations. Half of the group spend most of the week playing board games and the other half do more normal things like going to visit the local area and sights!!
We've done this for over 20 years and it's a lovely relaxing week away and the opportunity to catch up with friends from around the country. I love it!
