I didn't sleep well last night, waking up at 4.15am and was was then awake for hours! Apart from that, a fairly productive day at home and did some electronic housekeeping. Made a banana and walnut loaf and dinner tonight was baked potato with chicken (leftovers from yesterday), avocado, feta cheese and grated carrot salad. Our guest Manfred was up and out early this morning and just came back at 11pm.
