James Yorkston

Yorkston Thorne Khan play at Warwick Arts Centre.  To be honest, I didn't know what to expect.  I took a punt based on the fact that I only have a 15 minute walk from home, plus I had some credit that needed to be used or forfeited.  The concert was excellent, and I had front row seats in a very compact auditorium.  I spoke to Jon Thorne afterwards about various topics, including my stir craziness lacking of the proximity to the sea and his upbringing in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe (Rhodesia at the time).
