Tulips in Amsterdam

A pre-conference canal trip around the Oosterdok and Plantage of the 17th century canal ring. The lights on the bridges and reflections on the water produce a magical scene. Very good company from my Belgian friend and our Dutch hosts and not only regulation being discussed.....but some local craziness called ...umm, Brexit.... Oh yes, and another fellow recovering-ex-EPA chief, one Paul Leinster...
