Getting...

...them out the door to do some walking is sooo painful these days. They would all quite happily veg in front of a TV, PC, mobile phone...in their pyjamas to boot.

Then when they get out...they tear about...get interested in things and generally enjoy themselves. The boys maybe more than Es tear about these days:-)

When this happens I do generally ask them to remember the moment and not to make the next time we venture out walking so painful...that plea has never worked so far :-/

It's the start of their mid term break and I have taken some holidays too...and I'm pleased to say we did manage out...eventually and by the time we reached Aberfoyle my grumpy mood from trying to get them out the door had vanished :-)
