Ringlet

The first dry day in ages and so I ventured up to Pitmedden forest for a walk. Intended to blip a rather disgusting shot of a stinkhorn fungus with munching slug, but when I got home discoverd that what I thought was a botched shot of a Ringlet butterfly had actually turned out rather well. I am a rubbish photographer of the point and shoot variety and so I have to admit I'm quite pleased with this.
