I know a bank where the wild teal goes ...

One of my pleasures in bird photography is taking groups of birds with a telephoto lens and then poring over them at leisure back home, out of the cold wind and sleet. This bank has a nice selection - including quite a few colourful [Eurasian or Common] Teal (Anas crecca). From this breed have sprung a multitude of increasingly common teals around the world, quite a few of which I have seen in South America.
