"Jaguar" caught in a lock

Around the town of Bruges is  a bigger canal . The canal has one lock and it is situated nearby a couple  of busy roads .Two of them leading in or out the town . The Barge  traffic is sometimes quite busy.  Many car drivers are not very happy when they have to wait here to cross  one of the two bridges (Only one bridge is seen on this picture) The windmill in the back is one of the four windmills that are standing nearby this canal
