Relax

It has been a stunning day here, cold, sunny and dry.  I went to bed last night realising that the cold which has been hovering round me for days had decided to pounce.  So the situation at sky towers is that my nose is now running like a tap and I think I need to follow ChooChoo's example and chill out. 
On a different note, I looked at my birds of Britain book again this morning and realised that there is an entry for a Turnstone, see yesterday's entry.  I am never confident about naming birds I am not familiar with.
