Contrast..

between the icy but snow free hillside, site of the 16th century settlement, and the snowy Creags above.An icy wind blew from the hills but still found a coffee spot in the sun. Warm out of the wind.Lovely!
Had an interesting walk looking at the remains of the old village.
The location translates from the Gaelic as the 'waterfall of the wild cat'.
