More signs of Spring

A lovely, sunny day but chill wind.

An early morning appointment for the Children's Panel. I have been serving on it for 3 years and it is time for an interview to judge whether it is right for me to be reappointed for a further 3 year period. It was an encouraging conversation with many topics considered. The Interviewers will now pass on their recommendation and I should get a letter sometime from the Scottish Government, which is responsible for such appointments.

As the sun cast a shadow over part of the garden I decided to record the progress of my Dwarf Rhododendron bush. The buds have been showing for some time but now they really are taking shape. It will have a beautiful purple bloom by June.
