What's missing?

Our nurse colleagues have been lax recently in providing cake and other treats for 'sharing'. So I thought I'd take matters into my own hands and throw a quick cake together for tomorrow. After mixing the above it got as far as the oven before I re-read the recipe and realized what I'd forgotten to add.  It'll be fine.....
