Nordic

A very unusual vessel in the harbour tonight, the Nordic is a bulk cargo vessel from the Netherlands and she is basically just a big empty tub.  The cranes were there to lift large white cylinders out of the cargo hold.  It looks as though these are parts of a wind turbine tower.
 
The light was quite poor by the time they had the load above deck but I think that is compensated by that added interest to the story of what she was doing.
 
The cargo had come from the port of Rostock in Germany.  Although the logo on the end of the load is not very clear it is similar to that of Nordex, a company in Rostock that produces this type of wind turbine.
