You know you've made it when ...

Packed a lot in to my half day at my Teen factory to go and spend the afternoon in another one. So many points of comparison and echoes of our numbers conversations last night. I just get ever more sure we're measuring by the wrong sticks and in danger of applying the wrong , facile tactics.

The young people in both places are remarkable and definitely not lacking in ambition!
