...teeny weeny and perfectly formed, filled with a rolled rose of vodka cured salmon decorated with chip of potato bark and  a squiggle of lemon curd.
On the other side of the table grilled sea scallops, avocado, baby chorizo and fire roasted capsicum purée (extra)

Lunch with, and a thank you to,  neighbour H who will be junior's home from home when I have a few days in hospital in early March.
I have  feeling similar delights may not be on that menu!!
