Trilobites

Detail from my new design "Trilobites" inspired, in part, by seeing the Selenopeltis Slab (Morocco sandstone with trilobite fossils, age 450 Ma) at Oxford University Museum of Natural History. This is my design being transferred to the block using tracing paper and carbon paper. I think this one is going to take quite a while to cut.
